Born and raised in Midleton, Brian proudly leads O’Farrell & Sons, bringing both strong local insight and valuable international experience to the business.

Brian began his career in property in 2019 after graduating with a BSc in Auctioneering, Valuations and Estate Agency from Technological University Dublin. He further strengthened his professional expertise by completing a BSc in Real Estate Surveying at Edinburgh Napier University.

Prior to returning to East Cork, Brian worked with Colliers in Vancouver as a Brokerage Project Specialist and Property Administrator, gaining hands-on experience across residential, commercial, and agricultural property sectors. This international exposure, combined with his deep understanding of the local market, enables him to provide strategic leadership and a high standard of professional service across all areas of the firm.

As Managing Director, Brian is committed to driving excellence, maintaining the highest levels of integrity, and ensuring that every client receives clear guidance and trusted advice - whether buying, selling, or leasing. His focus is on building long-term relationships and delivering results through professionalism, innovation, and a client-first approach.

Outside of work, Brian enjoys staying active, exploring Cork’s scenic hiking trails and spending time along the coastlines of Inch and Garryvoe beaches.
